We believe that this is a great opportunity to create something special; a new neighbourhood providing the right mix of new homes, beautiful landscaping, investment in local amenities and a new Country Park to protect in perpetuity the separation of Lavant and Chichester.
Berkeley submitted a planning application on 20th October 2020 for this new neighbourhood and is proposing to submit an Environmental Statement to Chichester District Council where we would welcome your comments on our proposals.
