Our curriculum is designed with the goal of always progressing you through the sport. We work mechanics, then put it in fight speed and then applying it in technical sparring.
Our sparring is separated into two groups: novices and competition ready athletes. We have athletes in all weights and genders - we have one of the biggest teams in BC.
