Lately a lot of ancestral stuff comes to surface to be addressed and healed. I worked with someone last night who has having a lot of judgement towards herself. When we went deep into her story we discovered that her story was in fact her ancestor’s story that was haunting her and was very confusing. The story was of the witches burned at the stake. All the anger, fear, and negative emotions from the past were accumulated in her heart chakra and needed to be released so badly. Like any good movement in this
