The Post-2020 Partnership, was formed as a collaborative effort of many of the world’s largest environment and development NGOs, foundations, as well as several UN organisations and representatives of youth, Indigenous Peoples, and the business sector. Our mission is to unite our diverse membership in joint action to drive high ambition in the Post-2020 GBF negotiations. Our vision is transformative change towards an equitable, nature-positive and carbon-neutral world for all people and the planet.
With the two postponements of the Congress, the Post-2020 Partnership has used the delay periods to convene a wide range of activities that have been designed to uphold our mission and to lay the groundwork for a high-impact Pavilion programme whose outcomes will positively influence the CBD COP-15 negotiations.
