I was accidentally given the wrong part number to order for work and once the dept who received the original order realized their mistake, PST very quickly responded to our request to return the wrong size and quickly sent the shipping label and placed our correct order that same day. It was not their mistake but they helped us correct the problem and this was very much appreciated.
Switched to Vera plugs after trying them and seeing how easy the dispensing design is. Plus they really fit nice and snug. Love them
