Over 100,000 protesters rallied on the Ellipse and marched in front of the White House. This was the first large US protest after the start of the March 2003 War in Iraq.
Over 400,000 marched in NYC with millions of others across the world to try and let the Bush administration know thatwar with Iraq was not the answer.
