One cannot fully live Peace while waging war, and yet living independently from the prosecution of war is a difficult goal to achieve. Perhaps it is an impossible goal in today's world, but that does not diminish its worthiness, but rather makes it all the more important.
The focus of the Peaceful Ways website is individuals' disengagement from the machinery of war. It offers resources on conscientious objection to military service, resistance to paying taxes that fund war, and related activism and personal commitment.
