PCE helps participants set social skills goals and work to achieve them. We focus on the individual as well as their connection with the larger group. This lightly facilitated approach offers everyone an organic opportunity to grow and develop social skill sets and increase self-advocacy and self-awareness.
PCE is unique. We empower participants to engage socially in their community and assist in the development of social living and natural community supports. Though PCE facilitates these opportunities to connect, it is client driven. By being participant-directed PCE encourages group interaction and decision making. Our participants connect with one another in the process and have a great time while they do it!
PCE offers an in-person social engagement opportunity. This programming takes the form of a relaxed atmosphere “meet-up.” These group meetings are a central component of what PCE offers.
