June 4, 2018 Shareholder, James D. Holland received a summary judgment based on judicial estoppel. A serious road construction accident occurred from which the Plaintiff claimed substantial injuries and damages. The Plaintiff had filed and recently tried a separate suit claiming similar injuries for a prior accident.
