Description: Situated in Newton and not far from Barrow, Dalton and Ulverston, Paddock View Stables, have a variety of stables and grazing to rent out all year round.
Paddock view was acquired by us back in 2014 when it was a run-down bungalow, we have massively extended the property and acquired a lot more land surrounding our property where we have started building stables for livery purposes. We are still building stables in one of the fields and these are looking to be fully finished in the summer of 2019. We will then have 9 fully functioning state of the art stables, a hayloft and paddocks all laid out to complement each stable.
All of our paddocks have mains wired electric fencing and our stables are set within a secure compound directly to the side of our house and we have CCTV covering all of the property and stables. There are some lovely bridleways and country lanes surrounding us which make it perfect for horse riding.
