Our philosophy is to provide you with a beautiful and thoughtful dining experience, while supporting our local food community. We could not do what we do without the people who farm, fish, ferment, brew and craft in this little corner of Connecticut. We look forward to welcoming you to our table.
In the kitchen is Executive Chef Renee Touponce, a 2023 James Beard Award Nominee for Best Chef Northeast, and Connecticut Restaurant Association Chef of the Year 2022. Renee leads the culinary team at both Oyster Club and our sister restaurant, The Port of Call.
