It appears the Supreme Court is set to rule on a highly anticipated, closely watched case for gun enthusiasts and gun control advocates. Justices signaled they will likely uphold federal law that bars someone who has been slapped with a restraining order for domestic violence from possessing a gun.
This week the justices heard more than 90 minutes of oral arguments United States v. Rahimi . After oral arguments several justices expressed concerns about the pandora’s box that could be opened by undoing the federal law.
