Matcha! For those of you who are matcha shy because of bitter experiences, let me say that high quality will change your taste. A matcha company I am recommending is Naoki Matcha. I did a comparative review of two of their matchas here . Naoki sent me a ceremonial grade matcha, the Ujitawara Special from their Masters Collection.
