MOWING NOTICE
No owner or occupant shall allow any weeds or plants to grow that are declared to be dangerous or noxious weeds by the South Dakota Department of Agriculture or the State Weed Commission. Grass and weeds that are non-noxious shall not be allowed to grow to a height of more than eight (8) inches or which have gone or are about to go to seed.
