Welcome! The Newburgh Clean Water Project (NCWP) is a nonpartisan grassroots group of Newburgh residents. We engage our community in advocating for Newburgh’s long-term access to clean drinking water, timely and comprehensive health resources for those who’ve been affected by PFAS and other contaminants, and the restoration of our watershed— now and for future generations.
We welcome all who've been affected by PFAS contamination and are concerned about the health of our community and clean water security. We are grateful to collaborate with local and regional advocates as well as a national network of frontline communities. Together, we work to hold our government and PFAS manufacturers accountable, share resources, and create equitable solutions for our water—ones that keep our communities healthy and climate-resilient.
