What started as a small group of dedicated volunteers and a single response vehicle has blossomed to an agency today that provides emergency care around the clock in multiple ways to serve the ever increasing population in the community in which we serve.
With a team of over 50 EMTs and Paramedics, NEQALS provides emergency Advanced Life Support (ALS) to the towns of Webster, Ontario, and Penfield. We respond to emergency medical calls with Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulances from other fire departments and local agencies.
