Centrally located in downtown Toronto, Neill-Wycik is steps from Ryerson University and a short walk to George Brown Collage, OCAD, the University of Toronto, and several other schools.
Neill-Wycik is a student housing co-operative , which means it offers a much different living experience than residence or an off-campus apartment. If you live at Neill-Wycik, you have a voice in the decisions that affect the community of its approximately 780 members—in fact, you become an owner.
