My son-in-law is a marvellous cook. When I visited them recently, he made a great meatloaf based on a recipe he got out of an old Betty Crocker Cookbook. The recipe’s updated with vegetables added to the mixture and it’s great.
I tried it myself when I got home and here’s the result. Lovely and very easy to make.
