It can easily become daunting to have to take care of four young ones with a full-time job. From feeding to bathing to bedtime and a lot more. This means that I have to manage my time according to their needs while maintaining professionalism with co-workers. Although people might think that working from home might be easier for me, it can be a lot harder since I have to do two jobs at once. Be there for your kids all the while answering work emails and calls.
