The Mt. Bachelor National Ski Patrol is a volunteer non-profit organization whose members have been serving the skiing and outdoor recreation public at Mt. Bachelor for 50 years, beginning in 1958. We provide year-round first aid and rescue services for both snow sports and for many other community events.
Community Support Nearly 15 years ago, the volunteers began providing comprehensive first aid and rescue support at all aid stations for the Annual MBSEF Pole, Pedal, Paddle Race. We also provide support for MBSEF Sunrise to Summit.
Our Mission Providing effective first aid and transportation is the highest priority of the Mt. Bachelor National Ski Patrol. Each member must have, at a minimum, Outdoor Emergency Care certification and professional level CPR/AED certification, completing annual refresher courses in first aid instruction, CPR and other patrol procedures.
