Today, we offer twelve homes with more than forty-five bedrooms. Each home has been renovated, with attention paid to every last detail. We love our properties so much that we lived in them for 15 years! All of our homes received 5 out of 5 buckeyes for safety & and and a Green Buckeye for sustainability from the off OSU Campus Housing Excellence Program.
Renting with us has several perks: we make sure your lawn is always manicured, water and sewer bills are paid, free off street parking, and free washer & dryers. We even provide a complimentary towing service should anyone occupy your parking space. Tenants are responsible for rent and utilities. Our homes are locally owned and operated. For added peace of mind, you'll have our personal cell phone should you need us for anything. Your safety, comfort and well-being are our utmost concern.
