The Mt. Prospect Park District is undergoing a Comprehensive Master Plan that will guide the District for the next 10 years. Your input is critical to the success of this project. The following survey is one facet of resident input providing an opportunity for you to share your thoughts about our parks, facilities and programs. The survey is randomly sent to a limited number of residents and therefore, your participation is very important. The survey is statistically valid and all responses remain confident
The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Each question has value. The survey will aid our District in taking a resident-driven approach to “providing exceptional parks and recreation experiences that enrich the quality of life for present and future generations.”
