The success of the Aftersales Fleet&Business programme depends fully on the support and expertise of our specifically chosen retailer partners. Working with them we aim to provide a full programme of Aftersales care for our Fleet and Business users within the retailer network, focusing on the specific requirements of Fleet Drivers and Managers and giving them the best in everything that we do, ensuring that vehicle downtime is reduced and disruption to their business is minimal.
One key part of this programme will be having the right people in the right place, our Dealer Principals and have helped select the Aftersales Fleet Specialists within their business centres for us to work with, knowing full well the importance of this role is fundamental to the success. FCA UK have now embarked on a full programme of training for these important Fleet Managers and will be delivered in 3 stages.
