只要是香港本地註冊的 香港商業登記證 (BR)的公司即可申請是 遙距營商計劃 Distance Business Program 。但上市公司、接受公帑資助的非政府機構及法定機構則不受計劃資助;只要申請公司非上市的公司而是轄下的子公司便有機會申請遙距營商計劃(D-Biz)。

是次遙距營商計劃(D-Biz)雖由創新及科技局(ITB)資助，但生產力促進局(HKPC)才是處理D-Biz計劃的秘書處，其總辦事處位於香港九龍達之路78號生產力大樓。遞交詳情尚待政府公佈。每個資訊科技方案(I.T solution)最高可獲D-Biz計劃批出HKD$100,000，每間公司最多可獲批HKD$300,000，即最多有三個資訊科技方案可獲批資助。申請流程相關資訊將於創科局 https://www.hkpc.org/zh-HK/distance-business-programme 公佈後更新，敬請留意。
