MMI will make every effort to remain open for business on scheduled workdays, however there may be instances where severe weather or other conditions may make it impossible to do so. In all cases the safety of our employees and clients is the primary consideration.
In the event of an emergency, the MMI Crisis Management Team will follow procedures outlined in the Crisis Management Response Plan. This plan, along with supporting business and technology availability plans, will ensure that MMI is able to continue providing client service even in the event of an emergency.
