We are Minerva Williams and Todd Hoover . We are running to represent the California 38th Assembly District on the Los Angeles County Democratic Party Central Committee.
For the past five years we have maintained the web sites for the Democratic Club of the Santa Clarita Valley and www.scvyoungdems.org , a large site featuring information of interest to Democrats living in the Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding areas. It features a calendar of events, employment opportunities, an extensive album of pictures and videos, candidate information and a blog with links to important Democratic and local resources.
In 2008 we were both awarded the Franklin & Eleanor Roosevelt Democrat of the Year Award. In 2010 Minerva was awarded the Truman Award and in 2011 Todd won the same award.
