Below is the Meriden Linear Trail Advisory Committee's long-term vision of trails for recreation, education and enjoyment of present and future generations in the City of Meriden.  With the opening of the Quinnipiac River Gorge Trail in 2007, and the opening of the Hanover Pond Trail (Phase II) in 2013, the new City of Meriden assets will add to the over 3,000 acres of   park land   under the direction of the  Meriden Parks Division.
