Twenty years ago, Matrix Group Publishing Inc. started with a staff of four. Over the years, the company has built its list of titles, clients, and services, and the company’s 50+ employees are proud to be an integral part of each association’s marketing plans.
A highly skilled workforce is split between Matrix’s headquarters in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and a sales office in Hamilton, Ontario. Much of the team has worked with the company for more than five years, and several have been on staff for more than a decade. Each employee plays a critical role in the overall success of every project, with all departments – from sales, to design, to distribution – working closely to ensure clients are proud of the final product.
