Last week was my first full week back at work after two kind of funky weeks with the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. It was set up to be a heck of a week, with me participating in a few different offsite meetings Monday through Friday, which meant I left home Sunday night.
For the second consecutive year, I took on the lululemon x Strava #4080challenge because I knew it was achievable and precisely the thing I needed to keep myself accountable. The challenge, which runs from January 2-January 15, asks participants to head out for either 40km (25 miles) or 80km (50 miles) in the 14 day period.
