ABOUT US Mari is the second Michelin-starred restaurant from the team that brought Kochi to Hell’s Kitchen. Opening its doors late in 2021, Mari, whose name comes from the Korean word for roll, uses the same combination of accessibility and tradition that is the staple of Kochi. Using hand rolls as a central theme, Mari playfully pushes the boundaries of contemporary Korean cuisine.
OUR Menu Mari offers an imaginative tasting menu inspired by Korean hand rolls. From the preparation of the rice, using a sesame seed and sesame oil base, to the delicately textured gim, the seaweed wrapping each roll, each new aspect of the hand roll reveals the depth of Korean cuisine. The tasting experience begins with the hansang, an amuse-bouche course of tantalizing bites, followed by seasonally inspired hand rolls, and concluding with a refreshing two-part dessert.
