JEREMY TAN Chef de Cuisine
A native Vancouverite, Jeremy has climbed the ranks of the kitchen to become the Chef de Cuisine at Maenam. He joined the restaurant as a chef de partie in 2018 and has since nurtured his passion for cooking, which began in his early years when he prepared meals for his first-generation immigrant family. Jeremy pursued his culinary interests and earned a Culinary Arts Diploma from VCC, which launched his gratifying career in the restaurant industry.
