Prayer allows us to take heed to our ways so that we sin not with our tongues. It allows God to help us to become overcomers.
Prayer gives us control of our tongue so that we can keep our tongue like a bridle while the tempter is before us.
We are told that worry doesn't change anything, but prayer changes everything. Why then is it our first inclination to worry?
