The Logan Square Zendo is a small Soto Zen Buddhist practice group on the northwest side of Chicago. We offer a weekly schedule of zazen (sitting meditation), group study and discussion, and beginning instruction in zazen and formal group practice. We're affiliated with the Great Plains Zen Center , and our teacher is Susan Myoyu Andersen, a Dharma successor of Taizan Maezumi .
We're open to everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, and physical ability.
