Locharwoods Care Homes are situated at two sites within quiet areas in Formby and Birkdale. The care homes are owned by Charlie and Stuart Pearson and managed by Nick Smith and Heather Weekes. The proprietors take an active part in the running of the homes, ably supported by ‘the team’ of caring and considerate staff.
“LOCHARWOODS-Lake in the woods” Although we do not offer a lake or woods, we do offer pleasant, well-maintained gardens, comfortable surroundings and a homely friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
We place the rights of our residents at the forefront of our philosophy of care with staff available 24 hours a day. The aim of Locharwoods is to help our residents to live with dignity and to live as full and active a life as they wish to.
