Over 100 strategic partners - disability-led organizations, networks, studios, production companies, industry associations, diversity groups, universities, internet companies, foundations, corporations and State Departments of Rehabilitation.
Tari Hartman Squire & Danny Woodburn created ADA Lead On Productions for the 30th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), already winning the 2021 Shorty Audience Honors Award and 2022 Anthem Gold DEI Award. ADA Lead On Productions and LCA are proud to announce the creation of a Disability Talent Database Prototype for talent both in front of and behind the camera.
People with disabilities make up about 20% of the population, but are featured in less than 2% of the images in the media. The images we see are far from real, and far from enough. Let’s change that.
