The first step for those interested in seeking housing with LCHA is the completion of an application. The application can be downloaded from this site, mailed to you, or picked up at our offices.
The La Crosse County Housing Authority offices are located in War-Leh Manor on French Island. Our staff consists of an Executive Director, Property Manager, Office Manager, Accountant, Occupancy, and three Custodians.
