The initiative was undertaken by Dr Bayes Ahmed in 2012 , who leads and coordinates the landslide projects and administers this website.
Our ultimate goal is to conduct landslide research work, publish high-quality articles, create community awareness, provide consultancy services and formulate impactful policy recommendations in an effort to help reducing landslide disaster risks in Bangladesh.
