Born and raised in Alexandria, Egypt, I learned reading and writing as early as 4 years old. I read the Arabic translations of science fiction classics as a child, and have always been excited about transforming Sci-Fi to real-world technology. My field of research in fluid mechanics is Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and turbulence modeling. I develop end-to-end solutions for modeling industrial and biological flows. Since 2014, my research has been focused on cerebral blood flow modeling using high-resolution CFD methods. My work aims to push CFD towards clinical applications and to enable insilico trials and personalized neurovascular management.
