Katalizo has a global commitment to catalyze conditions that enable communities to create, implement and share effective and creative solutions to common needs. Katalizo seeks to create change with the energy and wisdom of youth and of maturity. Based on its principles and respectful change strategies, Katalizo empowers communities to discover their talents and personal resources for solving situations that limit quality of life and social development.
Katalizo is a nonprofit organization registered in Qu\u00E9bec, Canada in 2017. Katalizo brings together diversity, capacity and extensive experience from Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean, and Africa. Its Board of Directors has work and life experience in over 120 countries.
The initiatives created are designed to promote important values: inclusion, horizontality, transparency, empowerment and local sustainable capacity building. These values act as levers in the struggle for community and social development.
