So… What do we mean by ‘Kaslo & Area’? While the Village of Kaslo is the most highly populated, our North Kootenay Lake “Area” includes: Ainsworth Hot Springs, Argenta, Cooper Creek, Fletcher Creek/Twin Bays, Johnsons Landing, Kaslo, Lardeau, Lardeau Valley, Meadow Creek, Mirror Lake, Pineridge, Schroeder Creek, Shutty Bench and Woodbury … and everything in between!
Our Chamber is committed to supporting and promoting the well-being of our area’s business community; encouraging partnership and collaboration among businesses; providing opportunities for networking, community involvement, professional growth; and advocating for members at the provincial level to ensure that concerns are heard.
Throughout the year, the Chamber sponsors and/or supports a number of events which have become important traditions, including May Days, and Light Up! 2022 brought a full return of events following their COVID variations from 2020 and 2021 including all the May Days action and the Light Up 2022! Parade Our parades truly are a celebration of the good lifestyle we enjoy here in the Kootenays!
