Description: A sitting Mobile judge has been accused of pulling a man off a horse and hitting him in the face. The Lagniappe broke the story Tuesday and we confirmed that a harassment complaint has been filed against Municipal Judge Karlos Finley. Howard Finley Glaude told police the incident happened at Leflore High School. According to the police report, Glaude was riding his horse at the class reunion when he claims Finley attempted to pull him off his horse because his horse defecated in a grassy area.
