In January of 2010 Joe Kral began the hard work of creating Fair and Equitable assessments and in doing so has introduced numerous innovations including streamlining the assessment review process, improved E-government electronic record keeping and conducted widespread constituent outreach and education efforts designed to make every property owner an informed and equal part of the assessment process.
All along the way Joe Kral has kept alive his commitment to open, honest and accountable government through frequent outreach programs and a real Open Door policy.
In the past three years much has been done to improve assessments in Frankfort Township, but much more needs to be accomplished.
