Jo founded industrial design and innovation agency Morrama in 2015 aged just 24. She has since partnered with startups across the world in the tech, consumer and packaging markets to design award winning products that people love and have bought in the millions.
Her passion for sustainability lead her to instigate the Design Declares movement that started in the UK in 2022 and has since gathered over 450 signatures worldwide. She is also the lead author of the Sustainable Design Handbook.
