A well-known and oft-quoted scripture is 2nd Timothy 3:16 —-
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God , and is profitable for doctrine , for reproof , for correction , for i nstruction in righteousness : That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.”
Some versions of the Bible translate “ given by inspiration of God ” – as – “ God breathed ” – meaning: Holy Spirit, the Spirit of the Living God – THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH, leads men (or women) to write what they have been lead to understand or sometimes “hear” from God Most High – and to be led by that same Spirit to “rightly divide the word of truth”.
