Turning to drugs, alcohol, sex, food and any addictive substance to numb the pain of trauma in their lives. These things are temporal, only God can completely heal the pain.
God loves you. He always has and He always will. He died for our sins out of love. Before you were conceived He knew what type of person you’d become. In His awesomeness to give us free will, we have made many mistakes in life. I know in spite of all my mistakes, He still loves me unconditionally. He is waiting on you to come to Him. Maybe you have strayed away, He is waiting for you to come back to him. None of us are void of sin and imperfections. None of us are without fault or blame. But God said its t
I’ve witness first hand His mercy, power, favor, forgiveness and a marvelous inexplicable joy. If you want peace in your heart and in your life, run to Him. He is the only one that can fix it. No person or substance can fix the crack in your heart where it’s been broken. Allow God to come in and patch that crack with all He has to offer. I should never be forgiven for the things I’ve done in this world, but I know He has forgiven me. Thank God for Jesus and restoration! I know He wants me if no one else in
