A few years ago when I was still living in the Bay Area, I was OBSESSED with some Kimchi Fried Brussels Sprouts that were served at the Whole Foods Hot Bar, from special menu created by Top Chef Finalist Chef Melissa King.
I’m pretty sure I went there at least twice a week, just to eat them.
Since then every time I would buy brussels sprouts at the grocery store, I would wish that I could figure out what they were made with and recreate it. But I just ended up roasting them with some olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Nothing special.
