COVID-19 Update
If you are one of our clients' health plan members, HFI helps you and/or your child get SSI/SSDI disability benefits. This service is offered to you at no cost. Our Disability Experts will help you through every step of the process until your application is submitted. The benefits and income you may receive can help you with basic needs for food, clothing, transportation, shelter and other needs for you and/or your child.
HFI provides services to Medicaid Managed Care and Accountable Care Organizations. By reclassifying clients’ members into Federal and State programs we improve the lives and health outcomes of these members and also our clients’ bottom line. We do this through compassionate outreach by our people, cutting edge analytics and data driven solutions.
