Plan to spend 1.5 to 2 hours for your initial consultation. Prior to your first visit, you will receive a detailed, health history intake form and an informed consent form to complete and bring with you to your first appointment. You may also email this information to [email protected].
In the initial visit, we will discuss your short and long-term health goals and any specific health concerns. We will review dietary, exercise and lifestyle patterns and explore strategies for achieving your individual health, nutritional and lifestyle goals. You may or may not receive an herbal tea or formula on the initial visit.
