The Performer Hay tarps are made from a UV resistant 17 mil white/black polyethylene material. The tarp comes pre-assembled with 2’ sections of PVC pipes in the sleeve on both sides of the tarp with an 18’ piece of UV stable rot resistant poly rope with our Super Cinch and metal J-hook fastened to the rope.
