Working as a crew member on a lifeboat can be a very challenging but rewarding job. The job comes with serious responsibility and commitment. You can't just decide not to turn in. Lives depend on your presence. We therefore ask you to sit down and seriously discuss joining the lifeboat with your family before applying.
